Well you've been caught by the cops for driving on a suspended/revoked Florida Drivers License. You haven't taken the Advanced Driver Improvement Course or applied for your Florida Hardship License. You are now classified as a Florida Habitual Offender. The Florida DHSMV has court ordered you to take DWLS/R Course to begin your journey to get your drivers license back. You have to sit in a classroom for 8 hours . This course was developed by the court system to change your driving behavior. The DWLS/R Course is around $130 and is pretty intensive. The workbook is well laid out and informative. Driving While License Suspended/Revoked Course- 8 Hour Here is an outline of the course; 1. Review of Florida Traffic Laws This is a intensive course designed to change your driving attitudes and behaviors. It has alot of the same information as the Advanced Driver Improvement Course but is more personalized. The goal of the course is "change" The Florida DHSMV wants you to understand that driving is a privilege and your responsilities under the law. They want you to drive. They just want you to change your driving attitudes and behavior. This is kind of drilled into you. The good news is that you will have step by step instructions on how to improve your driving. The psycology in the course makes you think about why you drive the way you do. You also get instuctions on applying for a Florida Hardship License and the restrictions that will probably applied to your Florida Hardship license. Applying for the hardship license is easy once you've registered for the course. You will still be classified as a Florida Habitual Offender until your driving record has been clean for a year.
